This is a 1904 St.Louis MO World's Fair Souvenir Spoon.
It features Palace of Liberal Arts in the base of the spoon and Jefferson at the top
In very good vintage condition
4-1/4" - guessing silver plate but not certain.
Back is stamped U.S. Silver Co.
Could use a light cleaning with silver polish, otherwise very nice
