    Description

    Available for purchase is a USA produced in my shop, NEW made for Gibson SG Special pickguard for a 1961 to 1962 and possibly other  years that came with (2) P-90 pickups.
    The material used is a 5-ply black & white (B/W/B/W/B) acrylic with a 60 degree beveled polished edge.
    This is the same 5-ply material (.110" thick) with the wide white 4th layer that Gibson typically uses.  This pickguard was reproduced from a customer's original 1961 Gibson SG that came into our shop for restoration.  All our pickguards are made from originals, never tracings.
    We also have a 1965 Gibson SG Special template that's slightly different available.  Just leave us a note if you want to special order the 1965 pickguard.
    This is not CNC cut, made in China with sharp unfinished edges.  We hand finish and polish all our pickguard edges with a buffing arbor.  The quality of our pickguards are made to compliment your guitar. This is a hard to find replacement pickguard.  Originals can go for up to 0.00.
