    2) (a pair)12" steel wagon wheels, the rim is 2" with a hub that is 2 1/2"  and offset, the inside Diameter is 1" and a common 3/4 Black pipe slips through well, (Pictured is a 12" common Black pipe nipple slipped between them) Not loose but not tight, works great for decoration or carts, BQ pits etc,,These are recent shop made wheels.  I sell many sizes please look at my listings.
