1. Simply remove your old pickguard (if it's still there) 2. Use an oil-free cleaner to clean and then dry the areas where the double sided tape will adhere to 3. Remove one layer of the wax paper and place it on the backside of your pickguard 4. Cut the adhesive tape to the shape of your pickguard 4. Remove the second layer of wax paper 5.
