How it works:
1) Remove your existing outlet cover plate.
2) Assemble part1 and part2 of shelf together using the screws.
3) Position shelf over your duplex outlet and secure it with the outlet cover plate (standard/Decora-style cover).
4) Slip your power cord through the shelf and connect to your device.
5) Rest your device on the shelf and plug the cord into the outlet.
