    There is an advertisement in the 1915 Leader for Burke's Bicycle Shop Lexington Ky.. The only other information I found was a piece in the 1915 Motor Cycle Illustrated Nov. 21, 1915 with the heading " Burke Has Motor Wheel " then " Takes over the local agency for The Smith Motor Wheel from local Indian company ". The tool is 5 1/4 inches long. The tip is 1/4 of an inch wide.
