After Winning ROOKIE of the Year Honors in 1979, Dale Won His FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series in 1980! He was Second in Points after the First Race, but claimed the First Position after the Second Race and NEVER LOST THAT POSITION FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON! He Finished the Year with Five Wins, 19 Top Fives and 24 Top Tens and Led 1,185 Laps on the Year! Especially Significant is the Fact that He Suffered Four DNFs during the Season!
This Diecast, #6022 of Only 7003 Made, comes Mounted on a Base Designed to Look Like Victory Lane, but could be easily removed!  It would be a Terrific Addition to Any Race Fan's Collection!
The Diecast is in MINT CONDITION and the Box Shows Slight Wear
