    All machines sold "AS IS WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED". PAP expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. PAP shall have no other obligation or liability direct or indirect of any kind including liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages.  Machinery is used. We recommend a personal inspection of equipment. No warranties. Machinery quoted is located at PAN AMERICAN PAPERS, INC warehouse at 5101 Nw 37 Ave Miami, Fl 33142. Items have not been tested.
    Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping, import, and handling costs. All machines are local pick-up. PAP can load items into or onto buyer's truck at no additional cost. International shipments will require additional loading costs due over-seas container requirements, cost will be variable and based on size and weight of items. PAP can obtain quotations to ship from PAP's warehouse to your plant, but buyer would pay shipper/trucker directly.
    Before purchasing please read all terms and conditions. Once a machine is paid for, shipment must occur within 30 days of payment. Rent will be charged for storage on the 31st day and each day after.
    Return Policy: No returns accepted. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact PAP. Buyers MUST inspect equipment prior to purchase. PAP recommends inspections be made at our PAP warehouse location, which is open M-F 8am-4pm. Please contact us via e-bay message to set up an appointment to see machines.
    Item is sold once PAP receives payment in full. No items will be released for shipment until payment in full has cleared.

Before using machine buyer is responsible for ensuring equipment meets all required local, OSHA, insurance, etc safety standards. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAP and its employees from any liability or lawsuit that may occur due to machinery use.
