Large 14" Serving Platter Geisha Imagery w hand painted motif No Reserve Auction

Nice 14" serving/charger.  Seems to have some French look and feel along with the traditional imagery seen in export ware.  I don't list too often so my listing may look a little crude.  Sorry about that.  Happy to answer questions.  I have a short video to the plate as well.  No reserve on this auction. I do accept returns but its important that you ask questions before placing a bid.  I'll do my best to answer your questions.  I am not a wares expert by any means and I really don't have too much of an idea of what this is.  Thanks for looking :)
