    Description

Offered is this vintage General Electric record player with walnut veneer sides.  It closes like a suitcase with buckles on two sides.  This WAS working, but it would not turn off.  The only way to turn it off was to unplug the cord from the wall.  It dropped records like it should, started and played like it should.  So, I took it to someone who fixes stereos.  He couldn't fix it, didn't charge me, but when I got home and plugged it in, there was no power.  Not sure if he didn't hook it back up inside, or what the deal is. I couldn't figure out how to pull the record player out of the case, so you are buying it as is.  It's a very cool Mid Century Modern record player, but it's also super heavy at just under 40 pounds.
It measures 13.5 inches deep; 15.5 inches wide; and, 16 inches tall.
This does not work.  Needs fixed or used for parts. There are scratches on the walnut veneer, but the case buckles together as it should and can be carried like a suitcase.
