    Description

    Up for auction is a very old San Francisco, St. Louis Railroad Hatchet.  It measure about 13-14" long and does not appear the blade has ever been touched by a grinder.  No splits in the handle and it has been coated with poly to protect it from wear. One side has an hatchet end and the other side is a square hammer head.  It appears the brand is True Temper and says No TC next to it.  The metal has a small amount of pitting but no rust at all.  I will include insurance to the highest bidder at no additional cost to the buyer.
