    Description

    I do not know what this is.  I seen a few pieces that looked somewhat similar and am listing guessing the make is this shop smith.  All i know is its for mortise joints.  Dont know how it works but i will also say that i can not get the bit to clamp down with the black screw thing.  It seems like something  is jammed in the hole.  I think its a pretty expensive tool.  The one piece is plastic.  Hope u can figure  out what it is from the pictures.
