VINTAGE MAGNAVOX IMPERIAL - 1959/1960 - ALL TUBE - RECAPPED - NEW NEEDLE.
This is a really cool Magnavox Imperial.
These were second in line to the top of the line Concert Grands.
These also have a cool bi-amp amplifier setup, similar to the Concert Grand.
Everything works. Pulls in AM/FM, plays records. All speakers/horns work.
Tuner is Mono but handles stereo inputs from the turntable and has one additional Stereo input for Aux/Cd/Phone/Bluetooth if desired.
Turntable has been cleaned and bearings lubed. Turntable is not original but is an original Magnavox of the era.
33/45rpm needle replaced, probably needs a 78rpm needle(they flip) if you want to play 78s
Amp and tuner have had all electrolytic/power supply capacitors replaced.
All audio tubes have been tested good on my Hickok 533a tube tester.
Is cosmetically really nice for its age, and sounds great for vintage hifi.
Obviously too big to ship conventionally.
