For sale is a restored 1977 TOTL Pioneer PL-570 turntable. Full auto, quartz lock or manual pitch, VTA, all metal tonearm base, die cast aluminum chassis, optical auto return, etc.
Original fake wood plastic was stripped and replaced with a real wood Rosewood veneer. UV coat applied so it doesn't fade over time. Original dust cover was wet sanded, buffed and polished and it's in an excellent condition. Arm lifter rod was cleaned from an old damping grease and filled with new. Platter was wet sanded and polished. Every metal piece including screws were cleaned and polished. Aluminum faceplate/control plate looks very nice. Brand new OEM timing motor installed. Moving parts were cleaned and lubricated with  a white lithium grease. All functions calibrated and work as they were designed. Motor very quiet and speeds are stable even with Quartz off. Works like a Swiss watch. Ready for another 40 year run.
