    This is a mid 1970s Victor of Japan JLB 31 turn table under the " JVC " brand name and it is cool ! , ok turn table tested very well with a few notes , 1st when pluged in there was a minimal capacitor/or contact " flutter " also the item will need your pro cleaning and final note : the platter has some light corosion on the side , now when playing the turn table is awesome , sounds great , looks great , easy to use direct drive , i took a bunch of pics figure on a good cleaning and mild tlc.
