Vintage “Love” Framed Print By Ilsa Children Shaggy Dog Cat Birds Valentines

This is an adorable, vintage print that I would title “Love”. It is signed by the artist “Ilsa” it appears to be from the 1960’s to 1970’s. With the frame, it measures approximately 8” X 10”. I did not want to dismantle it but the print looks as if it is approx. 8 X 10 also.The word “LOVE” is printed in a floral red. Two children hug a shaggy, white dog as a cat and two birds look on.
