Vintage "CUT DEVIL" Blacksmith/Railroad Hammer/Chisel New York Central Railroad, N. Y. C. R R
Lightly used CUT DEVIL stamped "F39", New York Central Rail Road (NYC) RR  slim pattern track chisel. Very nice chisel cutting edge (see pic #5). The hammer head is also in good condition, with some mushrooming and hammer marks (see pic #6). Nice and clear makers marks (see pics).
Hammer head weighs in at 5 pounds 4 oz. The hammer head is 10-1/2" long, with a 1-5/8" diameter hammer face. The chisel is 1-1/8" wide.
Just a nice vintage NYC RR hammer/chisel.
